How to steer clear of the Bad Fats, and when/how to buy the Good fats.

By planning your grocery list and adding the items that do have good fats will ensure that your body gets the true fats benefits that it needs.

The good fats and the bad fats, tug of war can easily be voted for, and won for the good (life).

With a decisive action of a shopping grocery list, it must be done in advance, there and then, before entering the vast displays of the highly visual grocery store, that depends on the visual marketing strategy to sell product’s that are not healthy.  Visual marketing and advertising paint and color the packages, and use food dyes to color food,  the same colors as the natural pigments of the fruit and vegetables in nature, it is done to trick the mind into buying that which is not actually always good.

Be smart and buy the colors in the natural fruit and vegetables, and not the cardboard colors and dyes of the packages.

This advice is really simple, and it works just fine, meaning: don’t pay so much attention to the colorful packaging of cardboard packaging, but do pay attention the bright natural colors of fruit and vegetables.  It may mean that you need to go to a farmers markets or fruit and vegetable markets to avoid being scammed by the modern Super Markets that have the combined  isles longer than the aircraft carrier.  Full color pictures of natural ingredients on cardboard should get your antennas up, and be very wary of the psychological marketing techniques that the marketing engineers use to make more sales and bigger profits, the concept that food is nutrition, and that it should be healthy, does not enter their thinking, because it is all about business for them. Bad fats reduce the costs of production, that’s why they use them in food products.
