    if it also helps avoid premature greying of hair?

  2. I thought Indian gooseberry was called Haritaki. I’m confused now!!
    Are Amla and Haritaki the exact same thing, different parts of the same
    tree or absolutely different things altogether?
    Anyone?

  3. In India, traditionally the gooseberry is not consumed raw but as medicinal
    preparations like Chawanprash or sometimes it is crushed and marinated with
    sugar or honey. It tastes great with sugar or honey.

  4. Yea, but they taste so nasty. Can I throw them in a blender or something ?
    Maybe with a banana or something ? And it is hard to get the taste and the
    skin out of your teeth and mouth after you eat one. Some YouTube Dr’s
    suggest eating Amla powder or capsules. That doesn’t seem as healthy to me.
    Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks.
